Yoga returns to Walnut Grove with this 5-week course, designed to improve the participants’ physical and mental well-being.

Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning to your mat after a while or somebody with a long and steady yoga practice, this course is for you as it combines various elements of yoga, nourishing the body and the mind: asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and yoga therapy.

Tatiana is an experienced yoga instructor with more than 25 years of personal practice, who continuously develops as a teacher to share her knowledge and passion for yoga with her students. She creates a safe nurturing space and ensures that her classes are accessible by offering a variety of options and making use of different props for extra support.

Yoga at Walnut Grove

As with all our classes at Walnut Grove, for the maximum benefit of the programme to you, this will be a small group class; therefore, spaces are limited. This enables the teacher-to-pupil ratio to be kept low so that you gain more attention and access from the teacher to enable any corrections necessary.

Group Coaching Sessions

Have you ever wondered about the benefits of life coaching to you, but weren’t exactly sure what it is or whether it is affordable?

In a nutshell, coaching is a way of helping people to find solutions to their problems (in personal or professional lives), an approach to create positive changes and break away from old unhelpful habits and to be the happiest and healthiest versions of ourselves.

You can learn more about me and my coaching style here.

In other words, absolutely everyone could benefit from coaching. I certainly have in the past, when faced with particularly challenging life circumstances, and afterwards I decided to become a coach myself and support others on their journeys of healing and personal growth.

I combine psychosomatic (mind/body) and neuroplasticity (brain retraining) approaches in my sessions and currently work for an international company called RE-ORIGIN where I offer online group coaching sessions to people all over the world. It has been my aspiration to extend this offering to the local community with an added benefit of the sessions being face-to-face to build even stronger connections amongst group participants and to create an effective support network outside of the sessions.

What are the advantages of group coaching?

  1. A safe and supportive space to share, hear different perspectives, and learn from each other, as well as the coach.
  2. Being able to relate to other people’s issues or challenges and know that you are not alone, whatever you may be going through right now.
  3. Having a small and committed group allows for it to be really accessible and affordable as opposed to 1:1 coaching.

What are some topics that might be covered?

  • Imposter Syndrome
  • Healthy Boundaries
  • People pleasing/difficulty to say “No”
  • Manipulations and how to manage them effectively
  • Emotions (there are no “positive” or “negative” ones; they all are healthy and useful)

*These are only a few examples; the topics will be tailored to the group.

Curious and would like to give it a go before committing?

Great news! I will organise a FREE taster at the Walnut Grove studio to give you an idea of what a session looks like. All you need to do is drop me an email to express your interest. A group will be intentionally small, so hurry to reserve your space!
