Tatiana Mirren
Tatiana has been practising yoga for over 25 years and has been teaching it since May 2019. She is an insured and certified yoga instructor, having completed a comprehensive 16-month teacher training with the YogaCampus. Tatiana incorporates elements of different yoga styles and techniques in her teaching and offers appropriate variations to students depending on their level of experience and the specific goals they are working towards. She feels comfortable working with complete beginners, more experienced yogis and a variety of age groups. Additionally, she offers yoga therapy sessions that can help address specific movement patterns or support recovery from injury and pain management.
Tatiana has also practised Pilates for many years and added it to her teaching repertoire in June 2022 when she completed the Pilates Matwork Level 1 course with APPI, the world’s leading provider of physiotherapy and Pilates education. Tatiana loves helping her students to build core strength in a fun and safe environment. All of her classes are accessible and can be done on a mat or using a chair and other props.
Tatiana is also a certified Life and Wellbeing Coach whose approach goes beyond traditional goal-setting. She combines evidence-based psychological frameworks – including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Gestalt – with a psychosomatic approach that recognises the deep connection between mind and body. Drawing on her extensive yoga background, she weaves elements of movement, breathwork and restorative practices such as Yin, Nidra and body-based meditation into her coaching where appropriate.
Tatiana’s coaching approach is shaped in part by her own experience of navigating significant health challenges. After being diagnosed with ME/CFS in 2019 – a condition that took her from a full-time career in the UK Civil Service to being unable to get out of bed for months – she embarked on a sustained journey of recovery and personal development. Over time she found that a mind and body approach, centred on yoga and the psychosomatic connection, helped her more than anything else. This experience led her to complete a 12-month course in psychosomatic coaching, and she continues her education in this area. It is a journey that gives her coaching a depth of understanding and compassion that clients consistently find valuable.

What Tatiana's clients say...
A very pleasing set of four one on one yoga lessons with Tatiana, designed to get me back into a yoga frame of mind! Tatiana is friendly and reassuring, and I felt I could discuss any aspect of the lessons with her. I'm very glad I took this route back into Yoga.
