What is Senior Dance and Tone?

Senior Dance and Tone brings the joy of dance to everyone, whatever your age or ability. Using upbeat music and rhythms from across the world, each class is designed to motivate, energise and put a smile on your face, all at a gentle, accessible pace that suits you.

The class runs for 60 minutes and works both the upper and lower body, with every movement adaptable to the individual. You can take part seated, standing, or a combination of both throughout the class, so you’re always moving within your own comfortable range. There’s no right way to do it and no need to keep up with anyone else.

More than an exercise class, it’s a chance to have fun, feel the lift that music and movement bring, and enjoy being active alongside others. The aim is simple: to bring dance to everyone, within their own limits, in a way that feels good and leaves you smiling.
