I am a life coach with a psychosomatic approach. In simple terms, psychosomatic coaching can be described as “yoga meets psychology” and is based on the premise that the root cause of all personal problems or diseases lies within our psyche/emotions/subconscious and if we learn to connect with it through our body we can cure ourselves, have more meaningful relationships, and achieve success in all areas of our life.
What can psychosomatic coaching do for YOU?
- Help overcome/manage long-term illnesses (e.g. CFS, long Covid)
- Alleviate stress and anxiety
- Reconnect with your true self
- Give you more energy and motivation in life
- Increase self-esteem and give more confidence
- Lose weight without diets
- Cultivate a sense of joy & happiness
- Propel you to achieve your personal and career goals
- Encourage you to live every day to the fullest
These are only a few examples of how psychosomatic coaching can benefit you, but the best way to understand this offering is to experience it!
With this in mind, the Walnut Grove team members attended Tatiana’s workshop last Saturday. The team-building event was designed to allow colleagues to increase their self-awareness and learn more about each other’s communication styles and preferences using the psychosomatic approach.
Participants’ comments:
“Tatiana knew her stuff! She was engaging and pitched the workshop perfectly for people with little or no experience with psychosomatic coaching and immersive meditation. The whole content was interesting and fantastic, as one of the company’s co-directors, to see everyone getting involved and understanding others better and themselves. Looking forward to a follow-up.”
“I attended a very useful training morning with Tatiana. Starting with the visualisation exercise, allowed us to settle in, relax and become more tuned in to the information delivered. Looking at the theory of the different personality types and then using this in the practical exercises was very useful. This course will help me in my clinical practice, helping me to understand how different patients might require information to be provided in a targeted communication style to match their personality type. Thanks for a great session. I would highly recommend this course.”
